Be able to use this from USB flash drive OR USB ext drive! If Windows is deleted, we can't use this to recover anything.

Last time I had a problem, I accidently deleted my partitions even, so being able to recover from an outside source became extremely important! In fact, being able to run it in DOS would be even better. If it can't recover a whole system, it seems kinda like an unfinished program. If it can recover a whole system, where can it run from??
