Have it ask if I want It to go online, because..

sometimes a system is so delicate at that point, that trying to go online could freeze the system or cause more damage. Can't this access the directories so we can quickly find a certain thing or 2 that we are needing? Once I needed some parts recovered, and knew some parts had a virus, which I would NOT want any contact with. That would've scared me if it has to access everything 1st.
